1. This office promotes supports and sustains basic and applied research throughout the institutional faculties, laying the foundation of grant support through critical policy, programs, and procedures. The office encourages priority research of national, regional and global concern, nurtures creativity, encourages excellence, and builds inter-institutional and cross-country alliances, cooperation, and partnerships to raise the spectrum of scientific research at Kuwait University.
